Do I need to speak German or Italian to apply?+
Not always. Many Master's programs in both countries are taught fully in English. Bachelor's programs and public university tracks usually require B1/B2 language proof — we'll tell you exactly which threshold your target program needs.
How long does the German study visa take?+
Typically 6–12 weeks once your blocked account and admission letter are in place, though processing times vary by consulate. We build your timeline backward from your intake date so there's no last-minute scramble.
What's a blocked account and how much do I need?+
A Sperrkonto is a restricted German bank account proving you can support yourself — around €11,208 for one year as of 2025 intakes, released to you in monthly instalments. This figure is set by German authorities and adjusted periodically, so confirm the current amount with your consultant before transferring funds. We help you open an account with a bank that accepts international students.
Can you help with scholarships like DAAD or Erasmus+?+
Yes — we screen you against DAAD, Erasmus+, and regional Italian regional-government scholarships during your first consultation and handle the application narrative for any you're eligible for.
Do you help with housing once I arrive?+
We connect you with vetted student housing options in each city we cover and, where available, help arrange airport pickup for your arrival week.
